The Chat Agent is a chat widget installed on your website. It answers questions using your approved knowledge sources and guides visitors to the right next step (book, order, contact, support). If your plan includes booking, customers can complete a booking in chat and receive an email confirmation.
The Voice Agent is an AI agent that answers phone calls and supports natural conversation. It can respond to FAQs, guide callers, collect details, and (if booking is enabled on your plan) complete bookings during the call with an SMS confirmation. If a caller needs a human, it can redirect or hand off to the appropriate real-person phone number (based on your configuration).
