These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this TalkRev demo landing page and demo phone experience (the "Demo"). By using the Demo (including calling the demo number or submitting a form), you agree to these Terms.
1. Demo-only experience (not a real church)
This is a TalkRev demo. It is not a real church and does not connect to church staff. The demo experience is designed to feel realistic and may be based on publicly available or sample church-style information.
2. No emergency or crisis support
The Demo is not an emergency service. Do not use the Demo for urgent or crisis situations. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call local emergency services.
3. Permitted use
You may use the Demo to evaluate how TalkRev works and to understand typical capabilities (e.g., answering common questions, providing links, and demonstrating conversational flow). You agree not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to reverse engineer the Demo.
4. Bookings and follow-up (what the Demo can and cannot do)
The Demo does not create real church bookings, reservations, or church staff follow-up.
The Demo can schedule a demo call with the TalkRev team if you request it.
If you provide a phone number for SMS, the Demo may send a confirmation message and related links for that TalkRev demo call.
5. Accuracy and disclaimers
The Demo may generate responses that are incomplete or incorrect. The Demo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Intellectual property
TalkRev and its logos, designs, software, and demo content are owned by TalkRev or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or redistribute the Demo content except for personal evaluation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkRev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Demo.
8. Changes to the Demo or Terms
We may modify the Demo or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

1. What information we collect
A) Information you provide
Form submissions (e.g., name, email, organization, message).
Phone number only if you choose to provide it (for SMS links or demo-call confirmation).
B) Information collected when you call the demo line
Call metadata (e.g., time, duration).
Call audio and/or transcripts (if enabled).
AI-generated summaries and interaction logs (if enabled).
C) Website information
Basic analytics and device information (e.g., pages visited, browser type) via cookies or similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- operate the Demo and provide responses;
- schedule a TalkRev demo call if you request it;
- send SMS confirmation and relevant links for that TalkRev demo call (when you provide a number);
- improve TalkRev products and demo quality (e.g., reviewing transcripts to fix issues);
- maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot.
3. Demo context and sensitive topics
This Demo is not intended for sensitive personal disclosures. Please avoid sharing sensitive information. Any "prayer" or care-style interaction in the Demo is simulated and not a substitute for real pastoral care or professional help.
4. SMS and consent
If the Demo offers to send links or a demo-call confirmation by SMS, it will do so only when you provide a number or otherwise opt in during the interaction. Standard messaging/data rates may apply. You can stop SMS messages by replying STOP (where supported by the SMS provider configuration).
5. How we share information
We may share information with service providers that help operate the Demo (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications/telephony) and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
We retain Demo data (such as call logs/transcripts and form submissions) only as long as needed to operate the Demo, improve performance, and meet legal or security requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on configuration.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
