AI Agent for Events: 24/7 Attendee Support and Networking at the LGM Leadership Summit 2026

For the Landscapes Golf Management (LGM) Leadership Summit 2026 in Orlando, TalkRev built a dedicated AI agent available via phone line (Voice AI) and two-way SMS chat, in collaboration with Courserev.ai as a partner. About the event

The LGM Leadership Summit brings together Landscapes Golf Management leaders to align on performance, execution, culture, and accountability ahead of the season. The opportunity

With a multi-venue agenda and several moments where attendees moved between locations, the summit experience naturally involved many logistical touchpoints throughout the program. Participants often needed quick access to details such as event locations, transportation timing, arrival guidance, and program information while traveling between venues or preparing for upcoming sessions. The team looked for a simple and accessible way to ensure attendees could always find accurate information quickly—without requiring additional apps or platforms.

The solution

TalkRev designed and built an event-specific AI agent with two core channels:

  1. Voice AI phone line
    Instant answers while attendees are walking, traveling, or transitioning between events.
  2. Two-way SMS chat + SMS delivery
    When attendees needed information they could save (addresses, links, reminders) the agent texted it and allowed them to continue the conversation like a normal chat.
